Terms of use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms apply to the use of B2B Catalog Guard ("the app"), a Shopify app published by Elektraset, s.r.o. ("we"). By installing the app, the merchant ("you") accepts these terms. Contact: help@elektraset.com.
The service
The app imports your store's B2B markets, catalogs and company locations, assigns approved company locations to B2B markets according to your rules, audits what retail shoppers and B2B buyers can see and buy, runs B2B-first product launches and keeps an audit log with rollback. All changes are made in your own Shopify store through the Shopify Admin API.
Your responsibilities
- You decide which applications to approve, which rules to use and which launches to schedule. The app changes market membership, catalog publications, sales channel publications and the SEO-hidden flag of your products only as you configure it.
- Review the preview before a launch and check the audit report. Market membership changes affect the prices and products your business customers see.
- You are responsible for the data of your business customers that you collect with the application form, and for informing them (for example in your store's privacy policy).
Limits of the audit
The audit uses Shopify's own resolution of product availability and prices for each buyer context. It cannot see what external services (search engines, feeds, marketplaces, the Shop app) have already copied, and it checks only the products you tag as B2B-only and a sample of company locations per market. The app reduces the risk of exposure; it does not guarantee that a product is never shown to an unintended buyer.
Plans and billing
The app has a Free plan and paid plans (Growth 29 USD and Pro 79 USD every 30 days, with a 14-day free trial). Shopify bills paid plans on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel the plan at any time on the app's Plan page; uninstalling the app cancels the subscription. Fees already charged are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features; we will announce material changes on the app's support page.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend the app for a store that misuses it or breaks Shopify's terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer and business protections of your country remain unaffected.
